Marine Loading Arms

<p>We design, build and install both conventional Marine Loading Arms measuring between 10&rdquo; and 20&rdquo; (fully hydraulic operation), and jumper type loading arms measuring between 6&rdquo; and 8&rdquo; (manual operation).</p><p>We also offer a specialized post-sales service for supervision, periodic inspections and maintenance.</p>

Multi-buoys Mooring Systems

Castillomax Oil and Gas designs, builds and supervises the installation of Conventional Multi-Buoy Mooring Systems, according to the international standards and best engineering practices.

Besides, we use the latest numerical modelling simulation software for our studies, to ensure quality, operation and durability of the manufactured equipment.

Onshore and subsea pipe laying

We are specialist in pipe laying service, we have a multidisciplinary and highly-trained team that can execute large-scale projects.

Our service includes planning, execution and commissioning of projects using conventional, S-Lay or Tow-In installation methods, according to the needs and requirements of our clients.

Our activities include manufacturing and installation of risers, horizontal pipe laying, sacrificial anode installation, non-destructive tests, hydrostatic tests, spools manufacturing and development of concrete coating, according to the application.

Optimax MLA Simulator

This virtual reality system trains Marine Loading Arms’ operators. Beginners can easily make the transition from theory to practice in the operation and maintenance of the Loading Arms.  The system simulates:
